Blue ceramic RAM module, new old stock, clean condition. This IC consist of five Hitachi 6467 gray ceramic memory chips attached to a blue ceramic carrier. The ceramic carrier is dark blue with visible traces and is equipped with a 28 pin SIP connector. These are in good condition, with clean full length leads, and no evidence they have ever been installed in a device. |
