Rare Soviet-made 3L341V LED, green radiation, metal can package, new, unused. The 3L341 appears to be standard AlGaP green, rated at .15 microlumens, 2.8V @ 10mA. These LEDs were manufactured in 1988, prior to the Soviet collapse.

Soviet manufactured 3L341 LED. The included datasheet indicates that they emit no less than .15 microlumens, useful for implementations where a .1 microlumen LED just won't cut the mustard. The only way to damage your eyes by looking at one of these LED's requires accelerating it to ballistic velocities first.
